What is Masterpiece Women?


Masterpiece Women (MW) is a movement of women pursuing authentic community, personal and professional excellence, and local and global impact for good.
 
Masterpiece Women was launched in January of 2020 with a vision of transforming the lives of women and a belief that all women are leaders and masterpieces. We were created to thrive and achieve all that God has planned for us. We offer great content from experienced leaders, business training and a community to grow personally, professionally and spiritually. For those building a business or not-for-profit, we have an incredible membership community available to you.

MW’s first pursuit is to share authentic friendship to a world of women. MW creates face to face opportunities, online communities and impact events to learn and live out the language of authenticity. Our community is a safe place to grow and build deep authentic relationships.
 
PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENCE
 
MW’s second pursuit is to provide growth opportunities to women both personally and professionally. We believe that all women are leaders. We do not exclude young women, working women, stay at home moms or retired women from the call of leadership. For that reason, we offer growth opportunities so that women can increase in personal and professional excellence. Our bottom line is that we need each other’s experiences to be who we were made to be.
 
LOCAL AND GLOBAL IMPACT
 
MW’s third pursuit is to impact the local and global community. God prepared good works for each of us before time ever began. It’s our desire to help women identify the calling over their lives and how they can make an impact. We partner with and highlight valuable nonprofits and ministries to facilitate local and global impact.

About Tina Rains

Tina Rains, RN is an Entrepreneur, Wife, Mother, Mimi, Coach, Speaker, and Consultant. Tina has a passion for empowering women and uses her ministry and business leadership skills as well as her coaching experience to teach others about leadership and living a life of purpose and passion. Until 2019, Tina was the CEO of Ascend Staffing Solutions.  She started her first office and healthcare staffing service in 1995. She has built multiple businesses from start up to multi-million dollar a year businesses. She continues to help women build business and ministry through coaching, consulting, and Masterpiece Women events.

Tina is a passionate advocate for women and children trapped in human trafficking and abuse. For 6 years she led an international movement of women raising funds and awareness for voiceless women and children trapped in modern-day slavery.  She and hundreds of women climbed multiple mountains across the globe such as Mt. Kilimanjaro twice, Mt. Kalapathar (just above Base Camp Everest), the Alps, Mt. Kinabalu, and a dozen over 14,000 foot summits in CO to name a few to raise funds and awareness. 

Tina is very involved in transforming her local community through leadership in her church, as a Trustee for Elite Foundation and as a coach at Lifework Leadership. She has held board member and leadership roles of several organizations in South Florida, such as 4Kids of South Florida, Boys and Girls Clubs of Broward County and the American Heart Association. She has received awards such as: Philanthropic Award – Women of Excellence Ft. Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce,100 Outstanding Women in Broward County, Healthy Mother’s Healthy Babies, Mother of the Year and South Florida Business Journal’s Entrepreneur of the Year. She has also volunteered internationally for Mission of Hope.

Tina's greatest joy is in sharing her life with her husband Monty, their seven children, and seven grandbabies. She loves being Mimi.
